Yog-shakti Dhyan (Marathi course)
People are curious to know about meditation. Yet lots of thoughts start cluttering our mind after we close our eyes. Our mind gets diverted in many directions. We end up spending some amount of energy unknowingly while thinking.
Mediation or Dhyan is nothing but a technique to save this energy for our own happiness. It can benefit us practically, emotionally, physically and spiritually. It can help reduce a variety of stresses and we can reach certain level of spiritual satisfaction. This study course explains why and how of meditation with practical experience.
(IMP Note : This course also includes the test for mentally challenged free-of-cost. Both of the parents are required to come with the child for this course.)
