Go to Your Facebook Account's Setting & Privacy.
Click "Settings".
Then, go to "Apps and Websites" and you will see all of your Apps activities.
Select the option box of Manashakti.
Click "Remove" button.
Congratulation , you will have successfully removed your activities.
