Non-tangible irrevocable goods ("Digital products")

We do not issue refunds for non-tangible irrevocable goods ("digital products") once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our tests/material.

In case the amount is deducted from your account, but you do not receive any confirmation from us either by email or when you contact us, the amount will be refunded back to you automatically in 7 working days.
